I'm up to season three, and just finished the episode "Convictions". Without spoiling anything, let me declare my undying fangirl love and devotion to the actors who portrayed Londo Mollari and G'Kar. Their scenes together were incredible.

So Vick was reinstated and can play in the NFL.

Karma would be that he's reinstated and no-one wants him, right? *evil grin*

1) New icon by indigo. MWAH! Love it!

2) Got my bonus. More than I expected, so I plan to pay off a long-standing hospital bill I've been slowly chipping away at for years. That'll free up $100 a month to put towards other bills and maybe even savings.

3) Finished watching Elemental Gelade this morning. I was quite pleased with how it turned out, after being a bit "eh" about it after the second disk. I gave it 4 stars on NetFlix (the ending is a bit too perfect for my tastes), but I would recommend it. Next up is Hellsing.

4) Almost done with the first season of Babylon 5. Much like the first season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, it's fairly hit and miss, but there are a lot of characters I like so I'm planning on sticking with it.

5) Been playing Titan Quest: Immortal Throne. Love it muchly. If you love Diablo, you'll love this.

6) Not writing. Need to remedy this, pronto.

'Scuse me, hyperventilating, be back later...

...when you don't feel like cooking 20-minute rice.

Unfortunately, the place I love to eat from makes rice that turns into rocks when you nuke it. So I'm looking in my cabinet, because I don't want to eat the leftover Mai Po tofu (or, as I call it, My Poor tofu) without a starch. I'm looking in my cabinet, thinking I'll cook some of the spaghetti or vermicelli, then:

BRAIN: You have Ramen
STOMACH: Don't want beef flavored Ramen with spicy tofu
BRAIN: So don't add the flavor packet.
STOMACH: ...BRILLIANT!

So, I broke up the Ramen, cooked it, strained it, dumped some of the tofu and sauce on top. YUM!!!

Nothing like waking up and seeing a palmetto bug on your pillow to bring on an instant case of the creepy crawlies.

The nice thing about buying jeans from a thrift store is that someone else went through the trouble of breaking them. All you get is the wonderful comfort of a good pair of relaxed jeans.

Not Happily Ever After is an unsolicited 412 words for Suikoden V, and assumes you don't get the best ending. This is one of two pieces I've been wanting to write since I beat the game. The other one I would really like to find a game script for, but I'm having no luck with that, so I might just have to break down and play the game again to get to the scene I want. ;-)

Also wrote the July 5th Lord of the Rings - Frodo/Sam/Rosie - Home - The smell of home is sweet prompt. Six for July done, six to go. Unless I go pick up more stuff. Which is entirely possible. :-p

Exercised yesterday. Muscles hurt today. About to go exercise again. This is good for me, right? :-p

I don't like ass kissers, flag wavers or team players. I like people who buck the system. Individualists.
