1) New icon by indigo. MWAH! Love it!

2) Got my bonus. More than I expected, so I plan to pay off a long-standing hospital bill I've been slowly chipping away at for years. That'll free up $100 a month to put towards other bills and maybe even savings.

3) Finished watching Elemental Gelade this morning. I was quite pleased with how it turned out, after being a bit "eh" about it after the second disk. I gave it 4 stars on NetFlix (the ending is a bit too perfect for my tastes), but I would recommend it. Next up is Hellsing.

4) Almost done with the first season of Babylon 5. Much like the first season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, it's fairly hit and miss, but there are a lot of characters I like so I'm planning on sticking with it.

5) Been playing Titan Quest: Immortal Throne. Love it muchly. If you love Diablo, you'll love this.

6) Not writing. Need to remedy this, pronto.

I cropped this from original wallpaper I found on Garth Nix's webpage eons ago. It's the symbol on one of the bells from Sabriel. I used to know which one, but I haven't read the books in a few years. :-p Uploaded it here after teamromy asked for book recommendations.


Another personal crop job, this one from a guest comic for Bishie Hotline. That was, basically, the whole third panel, and it just screamed to be made into an icon. ;-) Used when the 8-Bit Theater "ORLY" icon is just not strong enough.


The very beginning seconds of the opening of Elfen Lied, one of the most violent animes I wished was twice as long as I've ever seen. Lucy is completely fucked up psychotic, a diclonius with telekinetic powers rivaled by only one or two others. Her story is terrible, and also a warning, and I wish I could get my hands on the manga, because what I've found online is usually missing several key parts of the story.

Are right here, swear to gods. Pictures, a damn good translation of the whole thing, and he's adding more videos even as we speak. I admit, I cried going through the epilogue pictures, even thought I already know what happens. Lots and lots of lovely stuff, go check it out!

And now, a request. I will have four pictures that I want turned into an animated gif, but I have no way to do it myself. It'll be simple... 2 JENOVA pics, then 2 Sephiroth pictures, with lyrics from a song. I'll give you the files with the words already on them, I just need them strung togther. Much wuv to whoever can do this or point me to some VERY VERY VERY easy and free software/website than can do it for me. Thanks!
