Sorry for being MIA that last several days... been sick, exhausted, and not sleeping, and needed to crawl into my shell for a bit.

Wrote something for ffvii_100's prompt of "Self Inclusion" called Get Away. Might try to write one or two more things.

Working on two no_true_pair prompts at a time, trying to keep my brain interested. All the DMC stuff keeps wanting to turn into OMGEpicFic and I'm trying to keep sane. :-p

Finished a couple of no_true_pair stories for the crossover list since Monday.

January 7th's Rinoa and Fran have nothing left to lose and January 10th's Sephiroth and Fran with the title, "By Any Other Name" turned into one story, or two very closely connected stories, anyways. I may have to look at some of Fran's other prompts to see if I can continue the thread a bit.

I've also decided that I'm not going to post what I wrote for the January 1st DMC prompt, but I'm not scrapping it, either. I'll put it into the Maria writing folder and start in on what I had really originally intended to write for that prompt.

But first, I've gotten a really naughty idea for the January 21st Nero and Cat: "I'd hate to ruin the surprise." I want to get that one down while I still have it fresh, since it's one I hadn't really planned to do before.

Third, posted my last areyougame prompt for this round, "Fixing You Is Easier Than Fixing Me" (840 words, PG, warnings for game spoilers). Had a lot of fun this round, hopefully next one I'll be able to take more than six prompts. :-)

Lastly, have you ever wanted to get something written and done with so bad, and one of the character just won't work with you? *headdesk* I swear, Celes is being quite bitchy... I'm never going to pick a prompt with her ever again at this rate. :-p

A/N: *waves teeny tiny OTP flag* This is the prompt I took when I turned in the Vayna/Larsa prompt... love these two muchly, Jadzia deserved a better ending then what she got.

For areyougame, In Time This Time, 530 words for the prompt Final Fantasy VII, Crisis Core, Zack, Sephiroth: catalyst - “I know an Ancient, Seph”. Most of the dialog is from the game script.

Rash hasn't gotten any worse since being on the antibiotics, but it hasn't really gotten better, either. Will call the Urgent Care when it opens at 7am to see what they say.

Wrote or finished writing three things yesterday:

1) 654 words for kinkfest July 14 - Suikoden V - Arshtat/Ferid - barbarism/exoticism - never seen anything quite like him before, which turned out a bit less happy than I'd originally thought. But it works, fits both the world and Arshtat, so I'm happy with it.

2) 158 words for areyougame July 17 - Final Fantasy XII, Balthier/Vaan: inebriated - the boy was adorable when filled with spirits. I'm a bit "...eh," with the ending - Balthier sounds like a creep - but it's not totally out of character. If I have time, I'll come back and see if I can make myself more happy with it.

3) ffvii_100 is continuing the past prompts celebration, so I banged out Issues, another Devil May Cry crossover. It won't make much sense if you don't know Dante's story, but as I've been thinking on him for other things I'm working on it kinda came out in that cracktastic way and I had to share. ;-)

Today I want to try to get the July 2nd prompt for areyougame done, so I quit panicking about it. :-p
