Today was also the day for the prompt I ended up dropping, which was June 25th - Devil May Cry, Mundus/Vergil: penance - the sins of the father are visited upon the son. It was going to be ugly and brutal and non-con, but I just couldn't get it written. I have my own issues about those kind of things and I don't seem to be ready to put them down on paper yet. I've saved the file which has a couple hundred words already, in the hopes I'll be able to do it again someday, even if not for Springkink.

Did 530 words for the July 2nd areyougame prompt, so that's a little bit of a relief. Although I'll likely get murdered for leaving it where I did. ;-) Now I need to get cracking on the July 5th and 6th kinkfest ones.

So, I'd been trying to play it and was going through the optional Amala Labyrinth (mainly for the Dante parts), but I think I'm going to have to quit and restart later because I cannot get past the Trumpeter. His instant-kill seems to be a bit random, and he healed himself for 11,000 hp three times before I gave up. What am I doing wrong, oh experts? ;-)
